Premarital Mentoring

Please note: both individuals need to register.

At Summit, we are honored to walk alongside couples as they enter into marriage.

Our premarital program runs on a rolling basis, so there is not a firm start date. Most couples are placed in a premarital group and start within six weeks of registering.

Your premarital group will include one mentor couple and one or two other premarital couples. You will meet with your group on a regular basis for 6-8 weeks. The day and time is determined by your availability as a group - meaning it's flexible to you! 

Registration includes The Meaning of Marriage and accompanying workbook that are yours to keep. It also includes access to session videos for the duration of your group.

Upon registration, couples will receive a follow-up email that will include a link to the SYMBIS Assessment used for your premarital mentoring. This is a tool our mentor couples use to get to know you both individually and as a couple so they can help prepare you for your marriage. Cost for the assessment is included in your registration fee, and will not be an additional charge.

Summit Premarital is a mentorship program, we do not provide counseling services. Our mentor couples are not licensed marriage counselors. They are faithful men and women of God who have a deep desire to invest in the next generation of Jesus followers. We are excited for you to meet them! 

Completion of Summit’s Premarital Mentoring Program is required in order for a Summit Pastor to officiate your wedding.
